How do you change the habits of over a billion passengers per year?

Transport for London wanted to educate customers about the getting the best value for their travel, and encourage them to make the shift to contactless payment and online account management.

As part of an ongoing campaign, Belong produced a series of animations for the TfL website and YouTube page to explain the practicalities of getting around the capital and the different ticket types available to buy.
